Tea Life will ship with the most effective carrier when appropriate. Unless specified, all shipping is at the discretion of Tea Life. Please contact us if you need special shipping requirements.

Return & Exchange Policy

Tea Life does accept returns only of the package has NOT been opened. It is a consumable, therefore it can not be re-used. Please contact us for for more information or any need to return our products.

In most cases, an in-store credit may be utilized.
